• 6 Pumps Monin Green Apple Syrup
• 3 oz Club Soda

Garnish:

• Cherry

Instructions:

1. Prep Cocktail Glass with Ice
2. Add Vodka and Green Apple Syrup to Boston Shaker, Shake
3. Add Club Soda, Stir
4. Remove Ice from Martini Glass
5. Strain drink into glass
6. Drop Cherry down the center of the drin

This drink, originally called an Adam’s Apple Martini because the bartender who created it was named Adam, was created in 1996 at Lola’s West Hollywood restaurant.
