  • 1 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 1 oz Sweet & Sour
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Garnish:

  • Pineapple
  • Marachino Cherry/Orange Peel “S”

Instructions:

  1. Add 3 Sphere Ice Cubes to Hurricane Glass
  2. Add Syrup, Bitters and Bourbon to Boston Shaker, Shake
  3. Pour drink over ice
  4. Add Pineapple, cherry, and Orange Peel to Garnish Spear
