1. 1 cup Pineapple Chunks – Frozen
  2. 2 oz White Rum
  3. 1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
  4. 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Garnish:

  • Pineapple Wedge
  • Maraschino Cherry
  • Cocktail Umbrella

Instructions:

  1. Add Pineapple Chucks to Blender
  2. Add Rum, Pineapple, Cream and Juice to Blender
  3. Blend for 30 seconds until pureed
  4. Pour into Hurricane Glass
  5. Add Pineapple Triangle for Garnish
